Thomas is the CEO and Lead Auditor at Honiball Aviation Auditing. Thomas, along with his team of developers, established SEAMS — a fully automated cloud-based management system. Thomas is a qualified Commercial Pilot with an Instrument as well as an Instructor rating. He has worked in Aviation for the last 15 years helping establish and manage Airlines, Charter Companies, Aircraft Maintenance and Training Organizations nationally and internationally. As a qualified IOSA auditor, Thomas adds great value to Airline operations to either gain IOSA accreditation, or to maintain it.

Sharlien Else

Aviation Auditor / Consultant

Training Facilitator

Sharlien is an Aviation Auditor and consultant working for Honiball Aviation Auditing. She has extensive aviation working experience and has a reputation for getting things done. She has worked in the aviation industry for over 8 years and completed the following courses: IATA Safety Management for Airlines; IATA Quality Management Systems for Airlines; Dangerous Goods Category 6; Flight Safety Management Course at accredited ATO; Quality Management Course at accredited ATO. Sharlien is an excellent team player and her attention to detail makes her a sought-after auditor in the industry.

Nadine Honiball

Head of Marketing / Course Development

Training Facilitator

Nadine is head of marketing, course development and the online training facilitator. She has her honours degree in Drama and Theatre Arts and English but has always had a soft spot for Aviation. Her background in education and exposure to the aviation industry have equipped her to develop courses and support the team of HAA auditors. She is an accredited ICAO Linguistic expert and has been a part of the aviation industry for nearly 13 years.

Sam Honiball

Aviation Quality and Safety Auditor

QualitySafety

Sam joins the HAA team as an Aviation Quality and Safety Auditor. Sam earned his wings at the tender age of 17, and has been an avid aviation enthusiast ever since. With his extensive background in Architecture and Pastoral care, Sam has a keen eye for detail and systems; and also fulfils a pastoral role internally for HAA staff.
